Please read carefully all the information in this page before you proceed with the online registration.

General Instructions

Conference registration consists of four steps:

  1. Signing up.
  2. Selecting a registration fee (See options below).
    Registration fees include USB proceedings, refreshments, conference banquet, doctoral consortium (September 10), and workshops (September 13).
  3. Registering for co-located events (i.e. doctoral consortium, workshops) and additional items (e.g. extra conference banquet, extra proceedings).
  4. Payment via credit card (preferred) or bank transfer (bank information is given on the generated invoice).

In addition, you can use the online registration system to:

Payment for those items is handled at the conference venue either through credit card or cash.

Registration Fees

Author Registration (by June 15)
Full registration - Professional: 350 Euro
Full registration - Professional - IFIP Member: 320 Euro
Student registration: 250 Euro
Student registration - IFIP Member: 220 Euro
Workshops Only: 50 Euro

Early Bird Registration (non authors, by August 10)
Full registration - Professional: 350 Euro
Full registration - Professional - IFIP Member: 320 Euro
Student registration: 250 Euro
Student registration - IFIP Member: 220 Euro
Workshops Only: 50 Euro

On August 11, registrations increase to:
Full registration - Professional: 400 Euro
Full registration - Professional - IFIP Member: 370 Euro
Student registration: 300 Euro
Student registration - IFIP Member: 270 Euro
Workshops Only: 75 Euro

Additional Items
  • Extra USB proceedings: 35 Euro
  • Extra conference banquet ticket: 50 Euro
Co-located Events
  • Doctoral Consortium (Monday, September 10): no additional fee
  • Workshops (Thursday 13 September): no additional fee
